Move Your Progress to a New Browser or Device

This guide is written for non-technical users. Follow each step slowly and in order.

What this does

It moves your personal game progress (scores, streaks, and unlocked scriptures) from one browser/device to another.

On your old browser/device

1. Open Scripture Search of the Day.
2. Tap/click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose Export Progress.
5. Save the file somewhere easy to find (Desktop or Downloads).

Move the file to your new browser/device

1. Use AirDrop, email, cloud drive, or USB to move the exported file.
2. Do not rename or edit the file contents.

On your new browser/device

1. Open Scripture Search of the Day.
2. Tap/click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Open Settings.
4. Choose Import Progress.
5. Select the file you exported from your old browser/device.
6. Confirm import when prompted.

Important: progress is stored separately by domain and browser. Import is the easiest way to carry progress into a new setup.
